Our PM series of powders and PB blends are designed to meet customer-specified flow, physical and thermal characteristics. Powders are manufactured to meet thermal spray coating needs based on automotive, chemical and aerospace requirements:
- High flow rates - typically less than 30 seconds per 50 grams - allow for a consistent, uniform feed rate to the spray nozzle.
- Low levels of fines - typically less than 25 percent - improve flow and reduce dusting.
PM powders - faster flow.
PM powders and PB blends are produced at our facilities from the mine to the finished powder. We offer sure supply with strict process and quality control.
